If you’re looking for a solution to mounting a scope to your rifle, consider these SIG Sauer ALPHA1 1" Medium Profile Scope Rings. These rings make the process of mounting a scope to a variety of rifles relatively easy: all you’ll need is a hex wrench and you’ll be good to go!
When looking at a set of scope rings, you’ll want to keep three things in mind. First, that you have a way to mount it to your firearm: the Sig ALPHA1 mounts attach directly to a section of 1913 rail with simple thumb screws that you need to get only finger tight as to avoid over-torqueing and stripping the screws. Second, make sure that the rings are the same diameter as the tube of your scope: these are in 34mm. Last, consider the height of the rings. These are the extra high rings: take a moment and make sure that, with the scope attached, the scope will neither hit the barrel nor any iron sights your rifle may have. This set comes in an attractive black finish and an all-aluminum construction. Installation couldn’t be simpler: you’ll need to use the thumb screws to attach the mounts to your firearms’ rail, then a hex wrench to first loosen, then remove the tops of the rings before reversing the process with your scope in their new, secure mount.
